Meet Details 
Date: Saturday, August 22nd 
Location: Lemon Bay High School, 2201 Placida Road, Englewood, FL 34224 
Entry Fee: $300 for both teams ($150 per gender). Please mail your payment
 to Lemon Bay High School or bring the check with you to the meet. 

Schedule 
7:30 AM: Coaches Meeting 
8:00 AM: Girls Race 
8:45 AM: Boys Race (approximate start time) 

Race Format There will be no separate JV races; all athletes will run in 
the combined varsity races. We are implementing this format to combat the early-season 
heat and to give coaches an opportunity to evaluate their entire roster 
to determine their top 7 to 10 runners. 

Spectator & Facility Information 
Admission: $7 per spectator. Please remind parents and spectators that 
tickets must be purchased digitally or via card—cash will not be accepted.
