First Annual South Marion Bears Cross Country Invitational 2026 Date: Saturday October 10, 2026 Location: South Marion High School – 1350 SW 165th Street, Ocala, FL 34473 Cost: $180 per school ($90 if only one gender), $25 per individual runner; Make checks payable to “SMHS Cross Country Program.” All athletes must be affiliated with a high school team. There is no open division, nor are unattached athletes permitted to compete in this event. Schedule: Volunteers Meeting: 7:00 AM Coaches Meeting: 7:30 AM Girls Varsity: 8:00 AM (7 runners) Boys Varsity: 8:30 AM (7 runners) Girls Junior Varsity: 9:00 AM (unlimited) Boys Junior Varsity: 9:40 AM (unlimited) *Depending on the numbers, we may combine the Junior Varsity races. Awards: Team Awards: Boys and Girls Varsity First Place and Runner Up; Boys and Girls Junior Varsity First Place and Runner Up Individual Awards: Top Ten Boys and Girls Varsity individuals; Top Ten Boys and Girls Junior Varsity Individuals Admission: There will be a $8.00 admission fee. Admission must be paid online through GoFan. The GoFan link will be updated soon. Course Information: Coming Soon Course Map: Course subject to change based on conditions. Coming Soon Timing & Scoring: Timing and Scoring will be done by God Speed Timing.
