General Parking 

No Parking Fee. 

Spectators please use the Lakeland Highlands entrance:

Spectator Admission Fee 

There will be a $5 admission fee for all adults and $2 for kids.
 Purchase spectator admission tickets online in advance at the following 
GoFan link. Link provided shortly. 

Buses/Team Vans 

Only use the Hwy 98 entrance: 2402 Holloway Park Dr. Lakeland, FL 33803
Team buses and vans parking will be on the left side of the park road after going through 
the gates, across from lake. 

Tent Area 

There will be signs located in the big field just to the right of the finish line straightway. 
Please keep all tents in this area. There is plenty of room for tents. 
Please help us by cleaning up after your team, you can leave your trash bag by one of 
the many trash cans around the grounds. 

Warm Up Area 

If you go to the right of the start line and about 200m up there will be trails 
that you can run and use to warm up before all races. This trail is plenty long 
enough, so you do not have to worry about having enough area to warm up. Athletes 
will not be allowed to warm up on the course once races have started.

6:15 AM - Packet Pickup 

7:45 AM - Boys Varsity Race 

8:10 AM - Girls Varsity Race 

8:35 AM - Boys & Girls JV Race 

9:10 AM - Boys MS Race (3K) 

9:30 AM - High School Awards 

9:30 AM - Girls MS Race (3K) 

10:00 AM - MS Awards 

ENTRY FEES 

There are no entry fees for the schools. Polk County School District 
will be covering the cost. 

Awards 

INDIVIDUALS 

For all races: 1-15 will get medals 

TEAMS 

Champion Trophy for the First Place Teams. 

For High Schools you may run up to seven (7) in the Varsity races and 
unlimited in the JV races. It is unlimited for the MS races. 

Chips are disposable and can be discarded after your race. No need to return them. 
If you have athletes not going to be there and you registered them please return the 
bibs so the timer can reuse them. When you pick up your packet, please make 
sure you have all your chips and bibs for your athletes.
