Location: Crescent Lake Park, 
Northeast Corner near 22nd Ave and 5th Ave N.
**This is a flat course where athletes will run around the lake 3 times**

Bathrooms will be located at the baseball field (Huggins Park).

An athletic trainer will be present to help with minor injuries.

It is the responsibility of the coach to make sure that the athletes wear 
the correct bib on the front of their jersey with four (4) safety pins.  

Water: Teams are responsible for bringing water for their athletes. 
Make sure you team has enough to get through all races and the day. 
There will be limited water provided by the host team at the finish 
line for finishers ONLY.

7am Coaches Meeting/Checking (pick up bibs/chips)
7:30am Girls Varsity (10 athletes)
8:10am Boys Varsity (10 athletes)
8:45am Combined Girls and Boys JV (unlimited runners/school)
Awards: Approx 9:40am 

High School Awards:
Team Awards: 1st place trophies for JV and Varsity divisions for both genders

Individual Awards: 1st-10th place ribbons for individual finishers.
