Coaches, I would like to thank you for entering the inaugural 
All Saints Senior Recognition XC Invitational on Saturday, October 11, 2025.
 
You may edit your entry at any time until Wednesday, October 8 at 11:59pm. 

You will be allowed to run 7 on varsity and unlimited on J.V.  
The course will be 90% grass and 10% asphalt. It is very flat! It will 
be very spectator friendly. 

I will also recognize your seniors if you send 
me the information ahead of time. 

If you have not mailed your meet entry fee you may bring it with 
you to the meet.  
As a reminder the fees are $100/ gender or $150 for boys & girls teams.
Please put on the check for the XC Inv.

Elite Timing will be the timer for this meet.

Please let your spectators know that will be coming to the
 meet that the entrance fee is $5.00 per car.  
Also, let them know that the infield will be closed.  
Only coaches with wristbands will be allowed on the infield.

The meet schedule is as follows:

6:30 - 7:00am - Packet pickup
No Coaches meeting.  All done by email.
7:30am - Varsity Girls Race
8:00am - Varsity Boys Race
8:30m - JV Boys Race
8:32am - JV Girls Race
9:20am - Senior Recognition
9:30am - Awards

Medals for top 10 Varsity runners M & F
Medals top 10 JV M & F

Trophies for 1st place teams in Varsity and JV Race
