You can run 10 for Varsity, JV is unlimited. You do not need to designate 
which runners are running Varsity or JV- just enter all girls and all boys 

No starting boxes. They are first come first serve 

The course is two loops for the 5k- one longer loop first, then one shorter loop. 
The start and finish is on the soccer field. Course is a mix of grass, dirt, short 
pavement sections. It is pretty flat. Spikes would be recommended. 
The 3k is a one loop course 

Entry fee is $100 per gender. You can pay cash, check, or card in advance 
or at the registration table on race day 

Race bibs are disposable- no chip return 

Parking fee is $5 per vehicle for cars. Buses will be directed to park 
along the tree line of the soccer field, right where team tent areas 
will be, and also right at the start and finish area

There will be a water station for athletes at the finish line

Individual Awards are 1st-15th for Varsity and 1st-10th for JV 

If you have runners that cannot run the 5k in under 30:00, please put 
them in the JV races to limit overlapping on the course 

Packet Pick-Up will be at the SCA tent near the finish chute 

We will have a lead cart for the races
