Greetings for the 2nd Annual EAST HILLSBOROUGH RAIDER ROUND-UP INVITE! If you as coaches are looking to run a fast mid-season course (half pavement/sidewalk/half grass, 2.5 loops and finishing on the track), this is the one for you. Highly suggest they wear flats and not spikes. This race will benefit any local teams not wanting to race at FLR the same weekend and save money. We will combine East Hillsborough teams and outside teams but accumulate separate scoring for timing purposes per mandatory county season guidelines. We will cap it at 15-20 extra teams outside the East Hills standard teams. JV races will go all together after Varsity G and B races unless the numbers are too high and need have the need to separate JV G and B. Please cap your varsity teams to top 10. ***Payment: East Hills Teams: No Charge All outside approved teams: $125 per gender or $200 for both genders FHSAA ONLY Individual Runners: $15 Entry There will be a $5 parking fee. Email trcracemgmt@gmail.com to receive an invoice for the meet. Please indicate if you are bringing boys and/or girls teams. Once the invoice is paid you will be "invited" to the meet on DA and at that time will be able to enter your runners. The invoice is payable online. Coaches meeting by Timer Tent @ 7:00a - TRC Race Management to time meet. Tentative race schedule: (Subject to change dependent on timing and teams attending) 7:10 Coaches meeting 7:30 Girls Varsity East Hills and Invite (top 10) 8:00 Boys Varsity East Hills and Invite (top 10) 8:30 JV Boys and Girls all together (may separate if needed based on total number of entries) Post Races- Awards Course map available morning of with packet pick up. Please register all entries on DA by Wednesday 10/2 at 11:59pm. If you don't have 7 runners and aren't running them all varsity, enter them wherever you would like varsity or JV.
