A little bit about the course:

This race set up is one where runners will be able to challenge themselves with a two loop course that is about 90% flat grass with some shaded areas along the way. Spectators and coaches are able to catch a ride on a golf cart if needed, and the mile and two mile marks are close to one another. We will have safety check points around the course as well as MANY volunteers cheering and looking out for the safety of the athletes.  The course will be very well marked like in the past. Elite timing will be our timer, and awards will be held after the combined JV race. We look forward to hosting you!

Deadline to register is September 18th at midnight.

 

*RACE TIMELINE: 

Coaches' meeting: 7:00 am

Girls' varsity race: 7:20 am (10 runners allowed)

Boys' varsity race: 8:00 am (10 runners allowed)

JV Boys' and girls' race COMBINED: 8:30 am (unlimited) 

Awards to follow JV race

*AWARDS: 

*Top 15 athletes in the varsity girls' race, and top 15 athletes in the boys' varsity race will receive a t shirt.

*Top 10 JV girls will receive a ribbon, and the top 10 JV boys will receive a ribbon in the combined JV race.

*The champion and runner up teams in the both varsity races will receive a team trophy. The JV girls' team champion  and JV boys' team champion will receive a trophy.

REGISTRATION DETAILS:

*Cost: $125.00 per gender (includes varsity and JV) / for BOTH boys and girls= $225.00

*Please reach out to Coach Katie Abbott if you need an invoice for entering a boys and / or girls team.

Parking: $5.00 per vehicle / No gate fee
