Meet Notes:
Located at Sand Hill Scout Reservation 11210 Cortez Blvd. Brooksville, FL 34613. The course is a 1 loop course with each kilometer and mile clearly marked. There will be neon orange arrows every 400-500 feet marking the course. We are offering a 3k Middle School event and a 5k High School event. Below is a time table for races. 7:00 am - Coaches Meeting 7:20 am - High School boys varsity 7:55 am - High School girls varsity 8:25 am - Boys/Girls JV (combined if we can) 9:00 am - Boys MS 9:10 am - Girls MS There are also many locations for food very near the scout camp. In your team packets will be coupons and cards. If you visit any of these locations please give them the Weeki Wachee Invitational cards. Jimmy John’s will deliver to site for group orders. Cost is $75 per gender or $125 both genders for HS teams. Cost is $75 per gender or $125 both genders for MS teams. Please make checks payable to Weeki Wachee High School. 12150 Vespa Way, Brooksville, FL 34614. School Buses will park in one location on the left and spectator vehicles in a separate location on the right near the powerline roads. Maps will be provided for school bus parking and spectator parking. Spectator parking is $5 per vehicle and $5 for each spectator, tickets can be purchased at https://feelthesting.org/partner/28/event/2664/buy-tickets Tent City will be located 200 meters past the finish line.
