Dear Coaches, We would like to extend an invitation to your team to participate in the COWBOY HS 2 MILER on Wednesday, September 16th at the Enos Derbonne Sports Complex. WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 16,2020. 3:00 PM COURSE INSPECTION 4:00 PM VARSITY GIRLS 4:30 PM VARSITY BOYS 5:00 PM JV COMBINED 5:30 PM AWARDS The race entry fee is $15 per individual or $50 per Team per gender. Boys and Girls will have separate entry fees ($ 150max per school). Varsity teams will consist of a max of 7 runners. B teams will be allowed to enter the Varsity for an additional team charge. Additional runners may take part in the JV race at no charge ONLY IF YOU HAVE A VARSITY TEAM ENTERED! Otherwise, it will be $15 per athlete for the JV race. Make Checks payable to: McNEESE FOUNDATION Awards will be given to the top 2 teams, top 15 individuals in the Varsity races will receive a special-edition t-shirt, and top 3 JV individuals. Additional t-shirts may be purchased first come first serve for $15.
