DATE: Friday October 20th, 2017 TIME: 3:00 PM Sub Varsity Men 3:30 PM Varsity Men –Only 7 runners in Varsity 4:00 PM Varsity Women –Only 7 runners in Varsity 4:30 PM Sub Varsity Women SITE: Stanley Quarter Park, New Britain, CT. (No hill/forest Loop) DISTANCE: MEN: 5 K WOMEN: 3k TEAM SCORING: There will be a D1 Score and a Non D1 Score Each team can have a maximum of 7 runners start in the varsity race. All remaining runners must start in the Sub Varsity race. You do not need to designate your varsity runners, just have those runners start the varsity and the remaining runners start in the sub varsity ENTRY FEE: $150.00 per team payable on race day. $25 a runner if a team is less than 5 entries. ENTRY DEADLINE: Please declare athletes on DirectAthletics by Tuesday 11:59pm of meet week. Only declare athletes you plan on racing. Timing will be done by Fast Track Timing http://fasttracktiming.com/ UNNATTACHED ATHLETES: Unattached athletes can enter on DirectAthletics and will be charged an entry fee of $10. No high school athletes allowed. Unattached athletes MUST race in sub varsity race unless the runner has a personal best of 15:14 (Men’s 5k) or 10:13 (Women’s 3k) or a similar time/distance. Time standards were determined from course record plus 30 seconds. COURSE INSPECTION: Available for inspection starting at 2 PM. (No hill/forest Loop) TEAM PARKING: Teams will be able to park at designated areas. Upper Parking Lot, South entrance of Stanley Quarter Park (Eddy Glover Blvd. entrance)
