All-ages track meet (running events only - no field events. 50 meter dash (youth and seniors only), 100/200/400/800/1600 meters, Relays 4 x 100 meters and 4 x 400 meters. Track spikes for allowed during competition only. Two-year groupings for ages 10 & 11 through 17 & 18. Adult Divisions, Open 19-39, Masters 40-49, Grand Masters 50-59, Seniors 60-69 and 70+.
