Cupid Relays: Hosted by Pine Forest High School Date: Saturday February 14th, 2026 Location: Pine Forest High School 2500 Longleaf Dr. Pensacola, Fl 32526 Contact Person: Richard Dix (850) 426-0975 cdix@ecsdfl.us Registration: DirectAthletic.com **15 TEAMS PER GENDER** ** Once the team limits have been reached, if you would like to be on the waiting list, please contact Coach Dix** Entry Deadline: Thursday February 12th, 2026 @ 12:00 PM Entries: Six (6) Athletes per Field Event Four (4) Athletes per Individual Races (Hurdles) Two (2) Relay per relay race (4x1600,4x800,4x100,4x200,4x400) One (1) Entry for Sprint, Mile, and Distance Medley Athletes can only compete in four (4) total events Standard Scoring: 10,8,6,5,4,3,2,1 (All events scored as relays)(Must have 2 entries to score) **Field Events will be scored as a relay, with each schools top 2 finishers used to score** All heat sheets will be available to view online All changes/scratches must be done at the coach’s meeting **All events are administered as finals** Entry Fee: $300 per team/ $150 per gender **$50 off entry fee for officiating a field event per gender** (Up to $100 off) **Limited Spots Available** Contact Coach Dix for details: Please make checks payable to: Attn: Coach Richard Dix Pine Forest High School Track and Field **Please bring checks to the coach’s meeting** Admission: TICKETS MUST BE PURCHASED ON GOFAN.CO Search: Pine Forest High School Select: Track and Field Event *Adults (19 and up) $5 *Students $3 *4 years and under free Awards: Team Trophies: 1st and 2nd Place Awards for Relays: 1st-3rd place FACILITY DETAILS: BRAND NEW STATE OF THE ART COMPLEX Track: 8 Lane Beynon 300BSS full pour Surface **1/4 PYRAMID SPIKES ONLY! NO NEEDLE OR CHRISTMAS TREE SPIKES** ** Tennis Balls provided for 4x1 marks**(NO TAPE) Field: 2 LJ/TJ Runways w/ pits on both sides (Will determine direction the day of the meet) 2 Pole Vault Pits (Will determine direction the day of meet) 2 Shot Rings (Modeled after University of Kentucky’s Ring) 120’ Javelin Runway Discus Ring **NO TAPE TO BE USED ON RUNWAYS, WE WILL SUPPLY MARKERS** 8:30A.M. *Coaches Meeting Will be held in the infield by the start/finish line, or other specified location 9:00AM Field Events: (4 attempts/no finals on horizontal jumps and throws) *Girls Pole Vault (Boy’s Pole Vault will immediately follow the conclusion of girl’s) **Starting Heights will be based on entries submitted** *Long jump boys and girls (4 Jumps; No finals) Triple Jump will immediately follow the conclusion of Long Jump.* *Boy’s High Jump (Girls High Jump will immediately follow the conclusion of the boy’s) **Starting Heights will be based on entries submitted** * Girl’s and Boy’s Shot Put will start throwing events simultaneously (4 Throws/no finals). Followed by Girl’s Discus and Boy’s Javelin, will flip at the conclusion of the event. 10:00 A.M. Running Events: ****4x1600**** (Both genders may run together based on entries) At the conclusion of the 4x1600, we will have an open 1600m (no awards, no points) 12:00 P.M. Remaining Running Events: (Girls followed by the Boys) ROLLING SCHEDULE: 100/110H (Must have 2 to score as a relay) 4x100m (Only the A team will be scored) Distance Medley (800m-400m-1200m-1600m) 400mh (Must have 2 to score as a relay) Mile Medley (200m,200m,400m,800m) 4x200m (Only A team will be scored) 4x800m (Only A team will be scored) Sprint Medley (100,100,200,400) 4x400m (Only the A team will be scored) ***Team Awards***
