Field Events: 3 Attempts (No finals) 3:30pm - Shot Put 3:30pm - Long Jump Running Events: 3:30pm (Rolling Schedule) 4x400 relay 100 meter dash 1600 meter (waterfall start) 200 meter dash 800 meter (waterfall start) 400 meter 4x100 relay Both Long Jump and Shot put will be happening simultaneously. Athletes must check in for these events, though the timing of the running events takes precedence. 3 Attempts Each.
