Meet Notes:
1. Up to 6 athletes per event (per gender) for 100, 200, 400 2. Up to 6 athletes (per gender) for the 800m and 1600m 3. Up to 4 athletes (per gender) for the long jump and shot put 4. 1 team for 4x400 relay (per gender) and 4x100 relay (per gender) a.) You can enter more than one relay team per gender but the top team will be the only one that is counted. Order of Events: (Girls, then Boys) 4x400 relay 100 meter dash 1600 meter (waterfall start) 200 meter dash 800 meter (waterfall start) 4x100 relay 400 meter Both Long Jump and Shot put will be happening simultaneously. Athletes must check in for these events, though the timing of the running events takes precedence. 3 Attempts Each. Timeline: 3:15 - Coaches Meeting and Volunteer Check in 3:25 - Last minute Registration Changes and National Anthem 3:30 - First Event Starts School lets out here at PCCA at 2pm. Arrival can be any time after 2:30 for warming up and setting up camp. Team camps are able to be set up around the outside of the track in the grass on the south end. This is for coaches and athletes only. All spectators must stay behind the fence. There is limited bleacher space. Chairs are welcome! Outdoor bathrooms available. There may be a section coned off that food trucks/Concessions will be for purchase.
