Teams Arrive: 1:00 pm

Coaches Meeting: 1:50 pm (Arm bands provided at this time)

Entry Information

Note: There is no Pole Vault at this meet.

Our hurdle delivery was postponed, so we will only have 5 lanes of hurdles for this meet.

We need a few more coaches willing to help with measuring javelin. Strawberry Crest will be measuring triple jump.

Spectators

Admission: Spectator tickets can be purchased on GoFan.

Spectator Parking: $5.00 per vehicle (Cash or Cash App). Parking is in the lot directly behind the track.

Coaches: Please remind your athletes and supporters: No jumping the fences at the meet.

No spectators allowed on the infield at any time.

Team Information

Team Tents: Tent area will be set up under the scoreboard on the far end of the track. (Athletes and Coaches only)

Concessions: Concessions will NOT be open. There will be 2 food trucks available. Plan accordingly for hydration for your team.

Infield Rules

INFIELD: Closed to spectators.

No headphones or phones allowed on the infield.

Athletes must be ready to run when they arrive at check-in.

When an event is finished, athletes are expected to leave the field immediately.
