The 4th Annual Freedom Spring Break Invitational will be contested on Saturday March 14, 2026. Entry fees are: $150 per gender $250 per team Make checks out to Freedom High School Mail checks to: 17410 Commerce Park Blvd Tampa, FL 33647 Entries: Meet Schedule: 7:30 Coaches meeting Field Events 7:45am implement weight ins at entrance to the track 8:30am Field Events (Session 1) **Best flight will go first for throws & LJ/TJ** G L Jump B L Jump G Discus B Shot Put B High Jump (Opening Height 1.57M/52) G Pole Vault 10:30am Field Events (Session 2, or immediately after the completion of Session 1) G Triple B Triple G Shot B Discus G High Jump (Opening Heights 1.27 M/42) B Pole Vault B/G Javelin will start AFTER the completion of shot and discus Running Events: Rolling Schedule, girls followed by boys 8:00am - 3200M 1600M (Slower heats) 400mH 4X800M Relay 10:55AM - Opening Ceremony 11:00AM - Finals (Rolling Schedule) 100mH/110mH 100M 800M 4x100M Relay 4x100M Throwers Relay (will not be scored, no awards) 400M Open 1600 (Unscored, untimed, coaches time their athletes, will combine genders if necessary) 200M 1600M Invitational 4X400M Relay Awards
