We expect to start Fielding events at 4:30pm and running events by 5:30pm. If buses are running
late we will start Fielding at 5:00pm and allow for late event sign-in.

Parking will be free, entry fee for spectators will be $5 for adult and 2$ for students.
Tent area will be immediately to the left of ticket table. 
Visitor bleachers may also be used by your team. Keep athletes off the infield and off the track
 unless their event has been called.

Entries:
We will allow up to 8 entries per team per race. This may be cut back to 6 if we hit too large of a heat total.
Fielding entries will be limited to 6 per event.

Coaches meeting will be held at 4:15pm. Contact me if you would like to volunteer to help with fielding events.
