ValenTIMES Meet: Coaches meeting at 8:45; field events begin at 9:00; we will experiment with the 400 hurdles first, followed by the 4x800, then the regular order of events. 4 entries per running event, 5 per field and 2 relays per school. (Only the A team will score.) $150 per school, $75 per gendered team, $5 per spectator. (GoFan and cash accepted at gate) We will have volunteers but may need coaches to help with field events. use the stadium entrance on 44-A, NOT Huey St. Tentative Schedule: 9:00 - Field Events Begin 9:15 - 400 Hurdles 9:35 - 4 x 800 10:05 100/110 Hurdles 10:25 100 11:05 1600 11:30 - 4 x 100 11:55 - 400 12:15 800 12:35 200 1:15 3200 1:45 4x400 The "ValenTIMES" MEET - Season opener to give athletes and coaches baseline times and marks.(Coaches help needed with field events). Pole vault will be contested; javelin on adjacent grass field ( new artificial turf on infield) 2 jump runways; Cost is $150 per school, $75 per gender; $5 per spectator on gofan.
