Join us for an all ages and all throwing events meet sanctioned by USATF! Meet is located in Battery Park (2120 Fendall Avenue) in Richmond, VA. This meet will include hammer, shot put, discus, javelin and turbo javelin for all ages groups in which those events are contested. Entry information: $20 entry fee. $200 flat team fee If registering a team of 10+. Meet fees can be paid upon registration via this link. Checks made out to Commonwealth Throws Club will be accepted at check-in on meet day. Rolling Schedule: 9am Mixed hammer warm-ups and competition 10am (estimated) 15 & Up Mixed Discus Warm-up and competition 11am (estimated)- 15 & Up Mixed Shot Put warm up and competition 12pm (estimated) ALL AGES Javelin & Turbo Javelin 1pm (estimated) 14 & Under shot put 2pm (estimated) 14 & Under discus *We will run on a ROLLING schedule, so please arrive before the estimated start time for events that you are competing in! Competitors will receive 4 attempts for all events they choose to compete in. Implements: Please plan to bring your own implements Facilities- Unfortunately we do not have any bathrooms on site. There are sometimes Port-A-Potties nearby, but should not be relied on. There are sometimes businesses nearby with public restrooms. We will not have concessions available.
