Keystone Heights Jr-Sr High School 900 Orchid Ave. Keystone Heights, FL 32656 o Makes checks payable to “Keystone Heights Athletics”. o $150.00 for a single sex team, $200.00 if entering both a girls and boys team. ▪ ($20.00 per athlete if only sending a few athletes). - Coaches meeting @ 3:30pm. - Field events begin at 4:00pm (national anthem/followed by senior night presentation). o Field events: ▪ LJ (Same time), ▪ TJ (Same time), ▪ HJ (girls/boys). ▪ Shotput (boys/girls), ▪ Discus (girls/boys), ▪ Javelin (girls/boys). - Running events begin at 5:30pm. o 4 x 100mH shuttle hurdle relay. o 4 x 110mH shuttle hurdle relay. o 100m (girls, boys). o DMR (1200m, 400m, 800m, 1600m) (girls, boys). o Throwers 4x100m (girls, boys). o 4x100m (girls, boys). o 300mH (girls, boys). o 800m (girls, boys). o SMR (200m, 200m, 400m, 800m) (girls, boys). o 3200m (girls, boys). o 4x400m – Mixed (boy, girl, boy, girl). * email Coach Hawthorne, 4x4 entries by deadline day so as to get them to the Timer.
