Meet Notes:
This meet is for athletes 25 and older. Field events start at 11am: Shot put, discus, and long jump. Running Events will start at 12pm and consist of the following: Prelims of 60, 100 and 200, 4x800 relay, 100m, 4x200 relay, 1500m run, 1500m walk, 4x100 relay, 400m, 800m, 200m, 1500m walk, 4x400 relay
