Participating Teams: Carver, Chain of Lakes, Gotha, Memorial, Southwest, Westridge, Windy Ridge, Kelly Park

 

TICKETS: Tickets will be available on Gofan.com. We recommend that spectators purchase tickets prior to the event. Please visit GoFan to purchase tickets.

Coaches and Players: When players are not participating, they must sit with their team at their assigned tent. Teams must set up their tents in the designated locations.

VISITOR PARKING: All spectators and fans should park in the student parking lot and enter the ticket booth near the main entrance of the stadium.

BUS PARKING: Visiting team buses are to drop off athletes at the front leading to the track.

TRACK & WARM-UP AREA: All athletes MUST warm up in the field adjacent to the tennis courts. No athletes will be allowed to warm up in the infield. If your athlete isn t running and needs to speak with you, please take him/her to the team tent for the conversation.

TEAM TENTS: All team tents must be stationed in the Visitor s section of the bleachers.

LOCKER ROOM: Locker rooms will not be available so all teams should be dressed.

POST GAME CELEBRATIONS: No family or friends are permitted on the track.

PRESS BOX: This will be limited to our announcer, administration, and track meet volunteer.

ATHLETIC TRAINING: Athletic trainer will be on-site

 

2025 Middle School Track and Field Cluster West

Each athlete should bring their own water bottle. The athletic training tent will be located in the middle of the track.

CHECK-IN/CLERK OF THE COURSE: Check-in tent will be at the start of 100m. Athletes need to check-in no later than the third call of the event.
