A City of Fort Lauderdale Championship meet, available only to schools with physical addresses within the city limits of Fort Lauderdale. **** Location: Joseph C.Carter Park 1450 W. Sunrise Blvd, Ft. Lauderdale (33311) **** Entry Deadline: March 31, 2024 @ 2pm **** 2:00pm Track will be open **** 3:00pm Opening Ceremony **** 3:30pm Field Events **** Long Jump before Triple. Girls first: Pole Vault, Shot Put, High Jump; Boys first: Discus **** 4:00pm 4 x 800 Meter Relay **** 4:45pm Running Events(timed finals) **** Entry: Only 4 per event each school and 1 relay per school **** Non-scoring "B" relay teams may be entered in the 4 x 8, 4 x 100, 4 x 400. **** Awards: Mayor's Cup: Champion and Runner up Trophies **** Medals to top 3 athletes per event **** Boys and Girls MVP Trophy
