Time: Field events start at 5:00 p.m. Running events will start at 6:00 pm.

Scoring: 6-4-3-2-1 Relays: 6-4-2

Timing: Finish Lynx fully automatic timing will be used for all races.

Track Conditions: Synthetic rubber surface on track (42" lanes), runways and jumping surfaces - 1/4 inch pyramid spikes ONLY. Spikes will be checked. No spikes will be available for purchase. Track marking must be done with half tennis balls or athletic tape, which will not be provided (no chalk).

Starting Blocks: Starting blocks will be provided.

Points of Interest: All field events will be closed after the event is over. No practicing in these event areas will be permitted.

Admission Price: $5.00

Food: There will be concessions available.

5:00 - Field events begin

Contestants must check in by 5:15 p.m. at the latest

Long Jump - Open Pit - 5:00 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. (or completion of event)

Each contestant will get 3 attempts.

Triple Jump - Open Pit - 6:30 p.m. until 7:15 p.m.

Each contestant will get 3 attempts.

Disc - Girls followed by Boys

Shot - Boys followed by Girls

Javelin- Boys followed by Girls

Each contestant will get 3 attempts

Pole Vault - Girls followed by Boys

Starting heights will be determined at the meet. The bar will be raised in increments of 15cm.

High Jump - Girls followed by Boys

Starting heights will be determined at the meet. The bar will be raised in increments of 5cm.
