    Buses to be parked by the gym, off of Henry Drive. Spectators can pay at GoFan for $5 before March 13, on March 13 it is $7 on GoFan and $7 cash. 2:30pm - The coaches meeting will begin at the Timer’s Tent near the concessions stand or once all teams are represented by a coach at the Coaches meeting. Please let us know which field event your team can supervise. We will have volunteers at each event but will need supervision to assure everything will go smoothly. The Meet will be held at Zephyrhills High School, Tom Fisher stadium. This is an asphalt track. There will be 4 entries per event. 3:00pm - Field events will start. 3:30pm - The 4x800 will begin, with a rolling start after the relay. PAYMENT: Cost is $75.00 per gender, $150.00 per school. Checks should be made out to Zephyrhills High School Track and Field. This participation fee is for the timer and equipment used for the meet. IMPORTANT NOTE: You may also bring payment for the meet and turn it in at the coaches meeting. We will have a full concession with hot food & drinks. No outside food or drink from spectators. Team coolers and food are acceptable. All running events report to the starting area of each race for heat and lane assignments.
