    Please note: This meet is set for 15 teams per gender ENTERED not just scheduled. If you wish to attend, please enter at least one athlete. If you do not enter an athlete, your 'spot' is not held. Once 15 teams enter at least one athlete, DA will not allow any more entries. Thanks MDCA ATHLETICS Game Day High School Track and field Meet Location: ● Mount Dora Christian Academy-Bulldog Stadium ● Address: 301 W. 13th Ave Mount Dora, FL 32757 ● Meet start time is 4:30pm ● Facility will open to teams on meet day at 3:45pm Please DO NOT arrive on our campus before that time. Parking: ● The main lots are located in the grass lot above the stadium and the lower lot at the bottom of the stadium access ramp. Additional parking will be available ● Disabled parking is available and marked. ● Buses should drop off athletes at the bottom of the stadium ramp. No one should pull up the access ramp unless advised. Schools can drop off teams and equipment at the bottom of the stadium ramp for easier access to the facility. ● After drop off, team buses will be directed by our security team to be parked in the elementary car line or the grass lot at the gymnasium. Race Day Procedures-Coaches: ● Coaches meeting will take place at 4:15pm in the center of the football field 50 yd line on the bulldog logo. ALL PAYMENTS of $225.00 are due at this time. ● One coach/volunteer from each school is mandatory to help with an event to make the meet run smoothly Supervision: ● All athletes and coaches must stay clear of the infield area if you are not participating in that event. ● No jumping over gates or fences. Athletes will be disqualified from the meet if they are caught doing this. During Race Procedures: ● Only 1⁄4” pyramid spikes will be allowed on the track. NO EXCEPTIONS ● Each athlete will report to the clerk tent to check in at time of first call of their event ● ABSOLUTELY no food inside the track. All food must be eating in the teams tent spaces ● All javelins in our meets at MDCA must have a rubber tip. We have a turf field. ATC/Hydration: ● We will have an athletic trainer on site for anyone who needs services. Please provide your own AT supplies ● MDCA will provide ice, cups, and water coolers at the hydration station.
