ENTRIES: • 4 entries per running event, 3 entries per field event and 1 Entry per relay. FRIDAY SCHEDULE: 3:00 p.m. Coaches' meeting at finish line. Packet Pick-Up Starting at 2:00PM 3:30 p.m. Running and Field Events: Track Warm-up 2:00 – 3:15PM FIELD EVENTS ORDER: • Three efforts in all horizontal jumps and throws. All finals. Check in at designated areas upon arrival. If your athlete is competing in multiple events, please check in at all events and then report to your 1st event. Races will not be held up and bars will not be lowered. We will follow the 12 min check-out rule! REGISTRATION FEE: $30 PER INDIVIDUAL, $200 Per Genger, $350 Per Team (Both Boys and Girls) NO UNATTACHED ATHLETES (IF PAYMENT HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED BY April 7, 2025, WE WILL ASSUME THAT YOUR TEAM WILL NOT BE PARTICIPATING IN THE EVENT. PLEASE PAY ONLINE OR SEND PAYMENT IN ADVANCE. PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE, NO EXCEPTIONS) Field Events: will be limited to reflect the following by gender: LJ / TJ – 36 Athletes High Jump – 24 Athletes Shot / Discus – 36 Athletes Javelin/Hammer – 24 Athletes Pole Vault – 24 Athletes All teams and athletes must provide their own implements. Athletic trainers will be available in the field house at the top of the first turn identified by a medical logo below.
