Entries Per Field Events: 4 per School

Entries Per Running Events: 4 Per School, except for the relays (1 team per gender)

Coaches Meeting: 3:30 PM in Locker Room

Meet Starts: 3:45PM

Starting Throws: Girls Shot Put, Boys Discus, Girls Javelin

Starting Jumps: Girls Triple & Boys Long Jump, Boys High Jump

TOP FLIGHT WILL GO FIRST. 1ST JUMPS AND THROWS WILL BE SCORED, ANY MARKS AFTER IF NOT IN TOP 8 MARKS WILL NOT BE SCORED. WE ARE IN NEED OF COACHING VOLUNTEERS TO RUN FIELD EVENTS THERE IS NO POLE VAULT!!

COMPLIMENTARY MEAL WILL BE SERVED TO ALL COACHES

5:00 PM Senior Night Recognition

5:30 PM Playing of the National Anthem

5:35 PM: Girls 100m Hurdles Boys 110m Hurdles

Individual Awards and Team Trophies:

Medals awarded to Event Champions Per Event including Relays

Ribbons Awarded to 2nd and 3rd Place Finishes

Trophies awarded to 1st and 2nd Overall team per Gender

Male Athlete and Female Athlete of the meet Award Awarded to the athlete that has achieved the most points in the meet this includes relay.

Parking:

FREE Parking All spectators, coaches, athletes and buses that arrive before 3:15PM are to park at the back parking lot of the school. DO NOT PARK IN THE FRONT.

Anclote High school day ends at 3:00PM and school buses that arrive to pick up students leaves the campus at 3:15PM they use the front bus loops.

Ticketing:

Tickets for spectators will be $3.00 at front gate entry to stadium.

Athletic Trainer:

We will have an Athletic Trainer on site from PT Solutions for all athlete needs related to injuries etc...
