STADIUM LOCATION: 1625 S. Beulah Rd, Winter Garden, FL 34787

 

FEES: Entry fee is $250 per school ($150 per gender). Please make checks payable to West Orange High School.

 

ENTRIES: Each school is allowed 3 entries per running or field event and one relay each in each event. The 1600m is uncapped and will be run in 2 heats. One at 4:00 pm and one at the usual time. Online entry on Direct Athletics: Midnight 3/6.

 

TICKETS: Tickets will be available on Gofan.co at $8.00. We recommend that parents purchase tickets prior to event. We will have card readers and take Apple Pay at the gate. No cash will be accepted. https://gofan.co/app/school/FL2602

 

VISITOR ENTRANCE: All spectators and fans should park in the Student Parking Lot, entering from Gate 2 on Beulah Rd. Any overflow needs to park in the gravel lot, entering Gate 5 on Warrior Rd.

 

BUS PARKING: Visiting team busses are to drop off in the bus loop on Warrior Rd, Gate 5.

 

TENTS: Tent can be placed in the visitors bleachers and grass area by the visitor s side of the stadium.

 

CHECK-IN: All running contestants will report to the Clerk of Course in the 100 M start area on 1st call.

 

TRACK & WARM-UP AREA: All athletes MUST warm up in the practice field near the tennis courts and softball field.

 

INFIELD: Athletes are not to be in the infield except when competing.

 

AWARDS: Ribbons for top 3 Championship and Runner up Trophies

COACHES MEETING: 3:30 at Timer s Tent

Finals only with 3 attempts for Long Jump, Triple Jump, & Throwing Events.
