    MDCA ATHLETICS GameDay High School Track and field Meet Location: ● Mount Dora Christian Academy-Bulldog Stadium ● Address: 301 W. 13th Ave Mount Dora, FL 32757 ● Meet start time is 9:00AM (See schedule below) ● Facility will open on this meet day at 7:30AM Please DO NOT arrive on our campus before that time. Parking: ● The main lots are located in the grass lot above the stadium and the lower lot at the bottom of the stadium access ramp. Additional parking will be available ● Handicap parking is available and marked. ● Buses should drop off athletes at the bottom of the stadium ramp. No one should pull up the access ramp unless advised. Schools can drop off teams and equipment at the bottom of the stadium ramp for easier access to the facility. Our security & athletic staff can be of some assistance if requested. ● After drop off, team buses will be directed by our security team to be parked in the elementary car line or the grass lot at the gymnasium. Race Day Procedures: ● Coaches meeting will take place at 8:45AM in the center of the football field 50 yd line on the bulldog logo. ALL PAYMENTS of $225.00 are due at this time. ● We are asking that one coach from each school should come prepared to help with an event to make the meet run smoothly ● Visiting teams should provide their own tent for their designated area Supervision: ● MountDora Christian Academy requests that visiting teams remain supervised by their school personnel throughout their stay at MDCA. ● Allathletes and coaches must stay clear of the infield area if you are not participating in that event. ● Nojumping over gates or fences. Athletes will be disqualified from the meet if they are caught doing this. During Race Procedures: ● Only¼”pyramidspikes will be allowed on the track. NO EXCEPTIONS ● Eachathlete will report to the clerk tent to check in at time of first call of their event ● Hydration station will be set up on the field ● Athletes will be disqualified from the meet for jumping fences at the facility ● ABSOLUTELYnofoodinside the track. All food must be eating in the teams tent spaces ● Alljavelins in our meets at MDCA must have a rubber tip. We have a turf field. Post Race: ● Noparents, friends or family members will be allowed on the field after the race. ● Allteams will be responsible for the clean up of their assigned area Schedule of Events for Invitational #1: 9:00AM (Field Events)- Pole Vault; Shot put- Discus- Girls Long Jump- Boys Long Jump- Boys and Girls High Jump- Boys and Girls Triple Jump- Boys and Girls Javelin Throw. Must have rubber tip on Jav to throw on turf field ****All field events will be cafeteria style and do not have to go in order**** 10:00AM (Running Events rolling schedule)- 4x800M- 100/110M Hurdles- 100M- 1600M- 4x100M Relay- 400M- 400M Hurdles- 800M- 200M- 3200M- 4x400M Relay Important Spectator Information Spectators: ● Do not arrive on campus before 7:30AM ● All spectators will park in the grass lot above the stadium, the lot located at the gymnasium, the bottom of the stadium, and other designated areas on campus. ● Follow the signage on campus for sport specific parking ● Mount Dora Christian Academy is a tobacco-free zone. These products, including e-cigarettes are not permitted at any school activity or property. ● Animals of any kind are not permitted on the Mount Dora Christian Academy campus Ticketing: ● $6.00 Admission fee for everyone age 5 and up ● All ticket gates are CASHLESS. You may purchase tickets in advance on the app or in person at the gate with a debit card, credit card, or any type of tap payment method. ● Tickets are available to pre purchase on the S2 Pass app or at https://fans.s2pass.com/events Concessions: ● We will have full concessions available. We will be serving cheeseburgers, hotdogs, nachos, popcorn, chips, candy, and drinks. ● Credit card, Apple pay, Paypal, Google pay, or cash will be accepted. ● No outside food or beverages will be permitted
