Events: Pentathlon Field Events: Weight Throw Long Jump Triple Jump High Jump Pole Vault Shot Put Hammer Throw Running Events: 60M 60 Hurdles 150M 400M 800M 1500M 3000M Mixed 4 X 400m Relay 4 X 400M Relay Field Events begin at 10:00AM Pentathlon: 11:15AM Running Events begin at 11:30AM Team Registration fee $350 Pentathlon Fee $75 Individual Registration Fee $25 Questions: lamont.thomas@img.com
