Order of Events: (All events are relay events.  Field Events enter up to 4, score best 3)

 

9:15 AM          Coaches Meeting

                                               

10:00 AM        Girls Long Jump followed by Girls Triple Jump (4 jumps)

Boys Long Jump followed by Boys Triple Jump (4 jumps)

Girls Shot Put followed by Boys Shot Put (Including Adaptive Athletes) (4 throws)

Boys Discus followed by Girls Discus (4 throws)

Girls Javelin followed by Boys Javelin (4 throws)

Girls Pole Vault followed by Boys Pole Vault

Girls 4 X 800 followed by Boys 4 X 800

Girls High Jump followed by Boys High Jump

 

12:00 PM        All running events will be girls followed by boys

Shuttle Hurdle Relay

Team 1600 (enter 4, score 3 by time, two heats per gender)

Adaptive 200 (Non-Relay)

800 Sprint Medley (100-100-200-400)

4 X100 Freshman/Sophomore

Awards:          Medals for first, second and third place team in each event. No team trophies or awards.   

 

Entry Fee - $150 per gender or $250 for both.
