Meet Notes:
All Teams must register their team via Directathletics.com. Coaches Meeting (All information will be sent out in advance) Facilities Track: Brand New 8 – Lane All Weather surface. 3/16 or 1/4” (5 or 7mm) pyramid spikes. 4 Men’s and Women’s Triple / Long Jump and Pole Vault Pits Running North, South, East and West to avoid cross winds. Javelin, Shot Put and Discus will be conducted on the Throws Field which is North East of the Stadium, Area A. Packet pick-up will be available at the South East Entrance of the stadium at area B at 7:00AM. Each team will be supplied with athlete and coach wristbands which will be used to gain admittance to the meet. Athletes must be wearing their wristband to compete. Registration Fee: $250 Per Gender, $35 Per Individule. Throwing Implements All teams and athletes must provide their own implements. Teams may put up canopies on the South side of the stadium on the grass in area C. Spaces will be pre-assigned. Each team will get a 24’ X 12’ team area. To ensure a good meet, we ask that athletes remain clear of the infield at all times. A warm up field is available for their use. Athletic trainers will be located on the northwest side of the stadium near area E. Warm-Up Area is located south of the stadium area C. Gatorade hydration stations will be set up at in various locations. Athlete Staging is located near area C (Two Stars indicate the staging area) Eastside of team tent area. Track athletes are required to report to the staging area prior to the final call of their event. Hip numbers will be given out to all teams in their packet for events 800M and up and must be placed on the left hi and chest prior to entering the track for competition. After being checked-in, athletes must remain in the staging area. Athletes competing in more than one event simultaneously must check in/out with each official to avoid being scratched/disqualified. Concessions: We will have concession. All spectator bags will be thoroughly searched by Event Security prior to entry into IMG Academy Stadium and accompanying sport fields.
