    Nease Relays is an Invitation Only Meet - If you are awaiting an invite please let us know but we cannot invite all teams. Respectfully teams will not be permitted entry without an invite. All entries will be on Direct Athletics. Entry Fee: $200 per school, not per gender. Please bring a check made out to GPBC – Track & Field FAT by Elite Timing Entries due no later than Wednesday February 17 11:59 PM Coaches Meeting at 8:30 AM Field Events and Jumps start at 9:00 AM Running Events start at 10:00 AM – Heats against time, no prelims / finals Teams have 3 entries per relay event and 4 per individual event. Additional spots for individual events will be granted for teams requesting them with quality individuals for the 100m and 1600m. If you need more individuals in a particular event then please email us to confirm your athletes will add to the quality of the meet and are accepted. Events starting at 9:00 AM G Shot followed by B Shot B Discus followed by G Discus B Javelin followed by G Javelin G Long Jump followed by B Long Jump B Pole Vault followed by G Pole Vault Events starting at 10:00 AM 100 / 110 m Hurdles – Girls then Boys G 100m B 100m G 1600m B 1600m SMR – (100/100/200/400) – Girls then Boys DMR – (1200-400-800-1600) Girls then Boys 4 x 400 – Girls then Boys Due to Covid we are moving forward with the following guidelines: All athletes not competing (warming up, competing, cooling down, stretching, etc.) must be at your team camp. 1. All athletes must leave once they are done competing. 2. No athletes are allowed in the spectator areas. 3. No spectators or parents will be allowed in the athlete areas. 4. Athletes report directly to camp on arrival for team check in procedures. 5. Set up hip/chest number and awards pick up outside the competition areas, with social distancing. 6. Athletes are not required to check in and must know heat and lane assignments from coach. 7. Athletes must wear masks when not competing; and keep masks on body when competing. 8. Athletes should only be in event areas if competing or called to compete. 9. Set heats and flights up to keep teams together and section off infield for specific event groups. 10. Stage sprints in assigned lanes, heats 6 feet apart, and masks worn until heat called. 11. Field events will have flights of 12 with 3 teams at a time. Your athletes must wait in between throws with their team away from other teams.
