Meet Notes:
Early season competition for aspiring multi-event athletes to gain exposure to the heptathlon and decathlon event while earning marks toward the regional championship. Women may compete in five of the seven events and men eight of the ten events if not fully prepared for the entire multi-event. A 10,000m runner will be offered on Tuesday after the completion of the decathlon 1500m.
