COURSE
Girls will run two miles and boys will run
three miles. There is one small stretch
of sidewalk on part of the course, therefore,
some athletes may prefer to wear
racing fl ats.
DEADLINE
Entry deadline must be posted on-line
at directathletics.com by 5 p.m., Monday,
Oct. 31, 2011. Go to directathletics.
com to print your confi rmation
sheet. Your confi rmation sheet serves
as entry into the meet.
NO FAXED ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED.

THE UIL OFFICE IN AUSTIN. EACH
SCHOOL IS RESPONSIBLE FOR
SEEING THAT ITS ENTRIES ARE IN
ON TIME. Entry fees must be postmarked
as soon as possible after your
district meet. Please include your
confi rmation sheet from Direct Athletics
with your payment. This confi
rmation sheet seres as your entry
into the meet. We recommend certifi
ed/ overnight mail.
Qualifi ers may be entered as an individual
or through the team column on
Direct Athletics.
ENTRY FEE
$20 per declared athlete (ex. $140 for
full team of seven)
Make checks payable to “UTA Athletics”.
PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED
FOR ENTRIES TO BE PROCESSED.
If your district is paying entry fees for all
teams and individuals, please submit a
list of schools that are covered by the
payment.
Checks not received by Nov. 4 must be
brought to packet pickup.
ALTERNATES
Must be listed on your entry form to be
eligible to run.
EARLY PACKET PICK UP
Coaches may pick up their meet packet
at Vandergriff Park Friday from 4-6
p.m.
PACKET PICK UP
Coaches unable to pick up packets
early may pick up packets Saturday
morning at the times listed below.
REGIONAL QUALIFIERS
The top three teams and the top 10 individuals
fi nishing from your district meet
are eligible to compete in the regional
championship. Do not enter through
Direct Athletics unless you have qualifi
ed a team or individual for the regional
championship.
STATE QUALIFIERS
The fi rst three (3) teams and the fi rst 10
individuals in the regional meet qualify
for state.

AWARDS CEREMONY
Awards ceremony will be held in the
Community Center at the times listed
on the schedule. Trophies will be
given to the fi rst place team in each
division, medals to the team members
of the fi rst three teams in each division
and medals to the fi rst three individuals
in each division.

Will be on sale on race day for $15
