Team Online Entries

DirectAthletics enables meet directors to collect team meet entries online through our easy to use, Web-based platform. Coaches are provided with a secure account and easy-to-follow instructions to submit their meet entries. Meet directors have complete control over the online entry process. You can set the entry deadline, event schedule, age groups, entry limits, and qualifying standards.

Instead of typing in hundreds or thousands of entries, meet directors can relax as they monitor entries on a real-time basis. The entry data (including contact information, payment status, etc.) can be easily exported from our database directly into popular meet management software, such as Hy-Tek's MEET MANAGER.

Individual Online Entries

Individual online entries are ideal for meets with open/unattached/individual athletes attending. Many of our collegiate/club meets have both teams and individuals entering, and the individual entry option allows meet directors to collect and monitor entries from both types of entrants.

Individual online entries are also useful for age group/club meets where a high percentage of the entrants are entering themselves or being entered by a parent.

Online Entry Fee Payment

Using our secure servers, teams and individuals can pay their entry fees online using a valid credit card. Online payment is safe, quick and easy. The user receives instant confirmation of their entry and payment upon approval.

Meet directors can monitor the payment process and generate payment status reports for the existing entries. All transactions are processed on our secure servers and funds are deposited with DirectAthletics. DirectAthletics forwards collected entry fees to the meet director in a timely manner along with an itemized list of transactions.

Performance List (Top Times List) Automation

One of the biggest challenges in multi-event sports is building a best performance list for your league or association. DirectAthletics automates performance lists directly from meet results that are exported to our site from desktop meet management software. In addition, coaches can manually add and update their athletes' best marks and times directly from their DirectAthletics account.

We understand the complexities involved in building a performance list. Our platform automatically applies league-specific conversion criteria such as altitude and track size adjustments based on where the performance was achieved. DirectAthletics can also notate marks that satisfy certain qualifying standards (i.e. NCAA Automatic/Provisional).
