Our cross country course is a multi-loop, 100% grass surface. There is one solid hill with a vertical gain of ~60ft over a distance of ~250m. The men will run this 3 times and the women 2 times. Spikes are highly recommended due to the 100% grass surface. Expect mud if its wet!
